Google Account

What We Collect

• Name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth

What We Use It For

• Authentication and identifying your account only

Research Data

What We Collect

• Your research inputs (decision, context, current thinking)
• AI-generated research outputs
• Usage count to manage your free research limit
• Share IDs for researches you choose to share

What We Do NOT Collect

• We never sell your research data to third parties
• We do not use your research inputs to train any AI models
• Your research is private by default — never visible to others unless you explicitly click Share

Third-Party AI Processing

Deepverd uses multiple AI models via third-party providers to generate research. Your research inputs are sent to these providers for processing.

Current providers include but are not limited to: Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and other AI providers accessible via OpenRouter. This list may change as we add or update models over time.

By using Deepverd you acknowledge that your inputs are processed by these third-party AI providers. We recommend not including sensitive personally identifiable information, confidential business data, or legally privileged information in your research inputs.

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle API requests.

Infrastructure

Deepverd is hosted on Vercel. Your data is stored in a MongoDB Atlas database with encryption at rest and in transit.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us via the feedback form on the app.

Your Rights

Depending on your country of residence you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your account and all data
• Portability — request your data in a portable format
