Age Requirement

AI Output Disclaimer

Deepverd generates research outputs using artificial intelligence. These outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or any other professional advice. Always verify important information and consult qualified professionals before making significant decisions. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information.

No Warranty

Deepverd is provided as-is with no guarantees. We make no promises that the service will always work, be error-free, or produce any particular result.

Third-Party Services

Google

By signing in with Google you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We use Google Sign-In for authentication only.

AI Providers

Your research inputs are processed by third-party AI providers including but not limited to Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and other providers accessible via OpenRouter. This list may change as we update or add models. Use of Deepverd is subject to these providers' own terms of service.

Your Responsibilities

• You will not use Deepverd for any unlawful purpose
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• You are responsible for the decisions you make based on AI-generated research
• You will not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepverd and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this service or reliance on AI-generated research outputs.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us via the feedback form on the app.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Deepverd after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The last updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
